Dialogue About Time

by Matt Hong
“When shall we meet?”
“In the twilight, I believe.”
“When, exactly?”
“It does not matter, as long as you get there in the twilight.”

關於時間的對話 青岩

「我們幾點見面?」
「我想黃昏的時候吧。」
「所以是幾點?」
「不重要呀,你黃昏來就可以了。」

Because I will always be there, waiting. (END)

Dialogue

I love writing in the form of a dialogue. It can be interesting and inspiring because the actual meaning depends on the context and the relationship of the duo.

Modern people meet at exact time such as “5:30”, while people in the past meet at vague time such as “twilight”. I guess maybe people in the past are more poetic in this way?
